Where are you located?
We are located 3 hours and 15 minutes from SJO international airport in Ojochal, Costa Rica. The zone is also known as Pacifico Sur.
A 4WD car rental and arrival during daylight hours is strongly advised

Is your location secure?
We are located within a gated private condomindium community.
How many sleeping spaces are there?
The casa has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half-baths, and 2 outdoor showers. In the main house, there is one master bedroom with an en-suite full bath, two other bedrooms with a shared “jack-and-jill” full bath. A half-bath is located next to the pool. The upper-level outdoor shower is located on the veranda outside the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the property in a casita that doubles as an office. A queen sleeping couch and linens are provided.
Do you have Internet WiFi ?
We have good WiFi internet throughout the property, including the lower Palapa and Casita with adequate bandwidth to stream video and typical conference video services. Occasionally Internet service may be disrupted by brief, (usually 2 or 3 secs), power outages that are fairly common in Costa Rica.
What appliances and other services are available?
The home is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washer, dryer, range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, Weber grill, and a wine fridge. Smaller grocery stores are available in Ojochal, along with excellent restaurants. There are 2 supermarkets, banks, and more services in Uvita, 16 Km from Ojochal.
Is cleaning available during our stay?
Your stay includes a one-time cleaning before your arrival. Additional cleaning is available for a charge of $75.

Where can I rent a car?
Two weeks in Costa Rica has a discount with Adobe rent-a -car. We’ve used them several times and find the service to be excellent. Remember to book a 4WD vehicle to access our property.
